The Go! Team is a six flavor sound-milkshake whose songs are coloured with elements from 70's Funk, Cheerleader - Double Dutch Chants, Fuzz Sonic Youth Guitars , Early Hip Hop & 60's Bubblegum Pop.
The energetic collage of danceable, mainly instrumental music was conceived by Ian Parton (guitar, harmonica & drums) at his parents kitchen using samplers from 70's tv, movies & bbc documentaries. In my opinion, The Go! Team sound is perfect soundtrack for The Banana Splits Adventure Hour... my favorite Hanna Barbera Show from the 70's.
